Torat Shraga

“Yeshivat Torat Shraga is a post-high-school, Religious-Zionist yeshiva in Bayit Vegan, Jerusalem, for bright and self-motivated students. The yeshiva combines high-level Torah learning with strong Rebbe-talmid relationships, personal guidance and a warm chevra. There is a strong focus on developing the skills for a lifetime of learning Torah, together with a connection to Am Yisrael, Eretz Yisrael and Medinat Yisrael. The yeshiva is hosted on the Yeshiva University Israel campus, giving students an environment that combines serious Torah learning with a broader Religious-Zionist outlook. Torat Shraga is primarily a gap-year yeshiva for English-speaking students, with many students coming from North American Modern Orthodox backgrounds. The yeshiva also has a dedicated Sephardic program, as well as a new Hesder program for motivated students who want to combine Torah learning with IDF service. The Hesder program includes support from Rabbeim who have served in Tzahal, a licensed mental health professional, and an Av and Eim Bayit. Students take part in trips, chessed and other activities alongside the regular yeshiva schedule.”
