Ohr Samayach Beis Midrash

Jerusalem, Jerusalem

### Yeshivat Ohr Somayach – Main Beis Midrash The Main Beis Midrash is the advanced learning program of Yeshivat Ohr Somayach for serious young men who already have a solid background in Gemara and can learn Gemara with Rashi and Tosfos. The program is aimed at students who want to take their learning further and become independent learners, with three daily sedorim, a strong Beis Midrash atmosphere and a focus on Gemara, Halacha, Hashkafa and Mussar. Students come from Ohr Somayach’s other programs as well as new students who are already at an advanced level. The atmosphere is that of a serious, traditional yeshiva, while the staff remain accessible for personal and educational guidance. The wider Ohr Somayach environment is largely made up of English-speaking young men from different backgrounds who are building toward a serious Torah life.
